TERMS:
     Our standard policy is that a 50% deposit is required before work on your order begins. Remaining payment in full at delivery. The deposit can be waived for established accounts, the balance is due upon receipt.
     Ordering: While we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, please give us at least seven days notice for all orders.
     Changes: Customer must notify us at least 72 hours ahead of time with any menu changes or other changes such as the time of delivery.
     Cancellations: All of our food is prepared to order, therefore in order to avoid any charges; we recommend you give us a 72-hour cancellation notice (from the start of the event). We will bill you 50% of your total charges if your order is cancelled with less than 72-hour notice.
     Delivery: We deliver to the West side of Cleveland and its surrounding areas. Delivery charges may apply and charging amount will depend on the distance.
